Soul Hunter Guide

As I stated, I will make a guide to the Soul Hunter, well here it is!

NOTE-- This guide is building up to a Dominator. If you are going Defiler, PLEASE DO NOT copy this build, you will only hurt yourself.

Skills

Okay, your skills are VERY important. Heres a list of all the skills you need, and about what level you should take it too.
Attack of Cures - level 1

Bloody Arrow - level 5

Rake Nail - level 5

Invisibility (needed to continue your skills, will be overwritten by Blessing of Wind) - level 1

Curse Effect - level 1

Soul Shield - level 1-3? *you decide how many you want here

Blessing of Wind - level 5

Shadow Binding - level 5

Shape of Fear - level 5 *This is if you wish to pvp only.

Chaos - level 3

Summon Illusion - level 5

Binding Soul - level 3

Lithifying Terror - level 5

Fury - level 1-3? *you decide how many you want here

Summon Kazara - max (I'm not sure if you can go past level 5 as a Dominator)

Summon Lenatore - max (I'm not sure if you can go past level 5 as a Dominator)

If you find yourself with needing more points to be spent, but you can't do it for any of the skills on this list, go ahead and put them into Vampiric Touch

I would like to add that I feel AOEs are not worth it for Soul Hunters, I think they will gimp you in the long run, unless you plan to go Defiler of course. This build is for Dominators. Do not follow this if you are going for a Defiler. There is one AOE spell in there, and that is for pushing aggro onto your Illusion.

DNA

Good news here is, you wont be spending much money in DNA, you only have 2 good ones (that I can tell, please correct me if I'm wrong)

Here is a *short* list of your two DNAs.

Swift Rake Nail - level 5

Extended Shadow Binding - level 5

Gear

You gear isn't very unique, you will want to go with standard gear until you can do Prison Mine. Here is the order of gear I went in.

Trainee Ordinary - level 10

Frezia Ordinary - level 20 set

Lamenting Sound Supernus - level 25 set

Nella Supernus - level 40 set

Don't worry about Xeons too much on your gear, if you find yourself with extras, go ahead and put them on, but don't think you have to.

As for your weapons, you want to either use a wand and magic shield, or a staff(which is all you can use), but you will want to make it at least fortis if not amplio. You should fill your reinforcement slots with +20 hp Xeons. Soul Hunters need their hp. Your Illusion is a dupe of yourself, it has the same hp and stats as you, so the more hp you have, the better off he will be. So the longer you can kill stuff, and the better chance you have at killing something.

If you do end up with extra Xeons, it would be helpful to use +mp recovery, +15 mp, +2 con, +2 int, and +2 mind*not so much this one*

-----You can combine Xeons to make them stronger, so if you have multiple, go ahead and combine them to make it way better.-----

At around level 20-25 a Soul Hunter gets very difficult to play, but stick with it, at level 26 you will get your illusion and actually be able to solo.
