Im lvl 58 Tempest at this moment
here is my build:

It looks very good for me now
5 aoes and sleep , nothing better
I partyed with a berserker from lvl 52-54 grinding 3-4 elite aggro groups and we lving faster then doing quests!
From lvl 54-57 i did all the quests (mostly normal mob hunts) like in no time, cos i can aoe 3 normal mobs solo in south hummerin!
combo is: (3agroballs),shock,(ball),sleep,twister,holylight,restrain,glaring,TWISTER(wit the twister instand cast all 3 mobs go down at the same time)
well just took me a day to go from 54 to 57 .
I made a test on 59 elite mobs:
elec balls, shock & sleepX2 ONLY: 25-30sec for 1 elite mob (yeah they got crazy hp)
and wit this aoe combo ONLY: ca. 20 sec for 1 elite mob
(the combo i use for solo high elites is: shock,ball,sleep,twister,holy,restrain,[mob wakes up so]bluntstrike,sleep,glaring,twister,shock,1-2balls DEADbefor elite comes out of 2nd sleep)
SOOOOOOO: aoe skills for soloing elites on 55+ is more efectiv then balls n runin.
